We received a new 1/2″ tube mic to include in our Archive yesterday.
To continue trying out, and working with our new photo booth, we took a number of pictures for our Instagram post about the new addition.
These we felt were acceptable to add to the page of No. 33 as an example of what the tool looks like in real life, compared to the graphic in catalogs
They are uploaded and live located here: https://jtslocomb.org/tools-offered-by-jt-slocomb/tools-and-products-offered-by-model-number-in-catalog/rounded-anvil-tube-micrometer-caliper/
Our plan is to have multiple pictures of multiple micrometers on each and every page of tools that were offered over the years.
We have just barely finished the basic foundation of the tooling that we know of, and are in the process of planning the photographing and documentation of tools in our archive to upload.
This is in the works alongside everything else that is happening behind the scenes.
We have nearly 50 advertisements, a dozen articles, an a new section of: How It’s Made that will be uploaded soon among many other things.
We don’t necessarily post an update on each and every thing that we work on the website, but know that work is continuing and happening every day with the Archive.
And as always, cheers.
